What we self-perform
Scope performed with our own crews and equipment — not brokered to a third party after award.
- Clearing and grubbing, corridor and right-of-way clearing

- Excavation, cut and fill, rough and finish grading
- Trench preparation and backfill for another trade's install
- Ditch, culvert, and drainage structure earthwork

- Debris sorting, loading, and haul-off
- Topsoil placement, surface restoration, and reseeding
Where our scope ends
Stated plainly so nobody discovers it at buyout: we prepare sites and move earth. We do not construct septic systems — that requires a county-licensed installer — do not make live utility connections, and do not build engineered retaining structures. We trench, bed, and backfill for the licensed trade that does. If a scope needs a specialty license, engineer stamp, or permit we don't hold, we say so during pricing rather than after award.

For work in this county, our mobilization is local — no travel-and-per-diem load carried into your bid, and no weather-day exposure from a crew driving in from another region.
