What this statement does not cover
Automated testing detects a portion of accessibility barriers, not all of them. It cannot judge whether alternative text is meaningful, whether reading order makes sense, or whether an interaction is understandable.
This site has not been audited by an independent third party, and no third-party conformance certification has been issued for it.

Section 508 binds federal agencies and the information technology they procure; no Section 508 conformance determination has been made for this site, and none is asserted here.
