Tell Us About the Property
Five quick steps — the more detail you give, the faster and more accurate the estimate. Photos help a lot.
What happens after you submit
- Your request goes straight to Boaz — no call centers, no lead resellers. Follow-up is usually by phone or text.
- Photos you upload are used only to scope your project. They aren't published, shared, or added to any gallery without your separate permission.
- Smaller scopes can often be assessed from photos; larger or complex projects get an on-site walk-through before a firm number.
- Scheduling follows ground conditions honestly — in this valley, weather and season can move dirt-work dates, and you'll hear that from us early, not on the morning of.
What Boaz doesn't do
Straight answers save everyone time. Boaz prepares sites and does the dirt work — it does not construct septic systems (that requires a Flathead County licensed installer), make live utility connections, or build engineered retaining structures. Where your project needs a licensed specialist, engineer, or permit, that gets identified in the estimate so the right people are involved before work starts.
